The packaging of Teflon tape also has strict requirements. The purpose of packaging is that after customers receive the goods, the PTFE tape will not be damaged during transportation. Due to the large daily shipment volume of PTFE tape in our company, we attach great importance to the packaging of PTFE tape. We must ensure that customers receive the goods without any loss. Due to the fact that PTFE tape cannot be folded and cannot touch hard or sharp objects, we have developed a basic operating procedure specifically for PTFE tape packaging.
Firstly, if the amount of PTFE tape is not large, such as only a few tens of meters, a paper tube core can be added with bubble wrap and then packed into a cardboard box. If the quantity is relatively large, we can use a paper tube core, add bubble paper, and then wrap the outer side with a discarded high-temperature cloth. Due to the good softness of the high-temperature cloth, it can provide good protection for the PTFE tape. At the same time, it can increase the buffering effect and effectively protect the PTFE tape from damage during transportation. For small rolls of tape, we insist on packaging them in cardboard boxes. At the same time, the maximum weight of each cardboard box must be strictly controlled, otherwise the cardboard box is easily damaged during transportation.
