High temperature resistant conveyor belts are divided into general heat-resistant and strong heat-resistant conveyor belts. The ordinary heat-resistant strong layer is made of polyester white canvas (CC56), and the strong heat-resistant strong layer is made of EP.
With the popularization of conveyor belts in industrial production, various types, good performance, lightweight, multi-purpose, and long service life are the concerns of manufacturers at multiple levels. In industrial production, the appropriate application of conveyor belts appears to be particularly crucial, and the following precautions should be taken during the use of conveyor belts:
1. To prevent the buffer roller from being covered by materials, which may cause insensitive rotation, and to avoid material leakage getting stuck between the drum and the adhesive tape. Pay attention to the lubrication of a part of the conveyor belt theme activity, but do not oil stain the conveyor belt;
2. Avoid operating the conveyor belt under load;
3. If the conveyor belt deviates in direction, effective measures should be taken immediately to correct it;
4. When damage is found to the conveyor belt, use artificial cotton fabric to immediately repair it to prevent expansion;
5. Prevent the conveyor belt from being obstructed by sound card racks, supports, or small materials, and avoid scratching and tearing.
